Hiring a Saddlespan tent for your event is simple!

Once you have your fundamentals sorted just give us a call or drop us an email. We’ll need to know the date or dates of your event, location and capacity you’re aiming for – we can then discuss your options and book you in. Answer the questions below and you’ll be well on your way to having the information we need.

We’ll provide the risk assessments you need and help with adverse weather management. We’re completely self-sufficient so you don’t need to worry about us! We install and dismantle our SaddleSpans amazingly quickly so we won’t hold up any other plans. And once we’re gone only memories and media will prove your special occasion took place, so minimal is our impact on the environment. So what is your dream event?
Is it a ball, a festival, a concert, a product launch? It can be any kind of event but it’s good for us to know what kind of atmosphere you’re looking for and the functionality you need.

How do you want to use the space? Will there be a bar, a dance floor, a catwalk, a VIP area? Do you need a quiet zone or welcoming lobby entrance? Perhaps you need separate areas or extra smaller structures like marquees for office space, storage or dressing areas.

Take to the stage
Most events need a stage of some kind – or perhaps you just need stage cover. We’ll need to know how you want to position your platform. Your AV crews will have input into this too of course.

Canopy anyone?
You may only need an open canopy or you may need a totally enclosed space – or both.

Get the numbers right
SaddleSpans can accommodate thousands of people so we need to know how many and whether standing or seated theatre-style or with tables.

What a day, what a night!
Lighting is important, whether it’s a daytime event or night time spectacle – or in many cases both with a day to evening transition required. The range of stunning lighting effects is endless and has a huge impact on atmosphere. Lighting rigs need to be planned in of course.

The amazing, curvaceous design of SaddleSpans is perfect for marketing your event or business in a truly memorable way so consider this in advance. There are several areas and banners that can be used to display logos and messaging from wings to starburst and trapeze banners to a fully branded SaddleSpan.

Integrating into your event planning
We’ll need to work alongside your other suppliers and colleagues like your AV and hospitality crews, producers and so on, just let us know who we need to connect with. We aim to be as flexible as our SaddleSpan configurations so if your plans change let us know so we can accommodate. Once installed we are just a phone call away if you need anything before dismantle.
